Geno Giancola is a PGA Level 1 Assistant Golf Professional. He was born and raised in CT and is the son of CT golf legend Kevin Giancola. He has been coaching at Timberlin since 2015. He graduated from Southington High School in 2012. Geno is quite the accomplished player with dreams of someday playing in the U.S. Open. His playing accomplishments are listed below:
- Started playing at 13 years old was a scratch golfer by the age of 16
- At the age of 18 got into the Monday qualifier for the Travelers Championship
2015
- First event as a pro placed 3Rd in the western mass open (73)
- Passed P.A.T. (76-72)
2016
- 2nd place in the Greatneck pro-am (67)
- 1st place in Hop Meadow pro-am (68)
- 2nd place Pro-Assistant Championship with Head Professional Marc Bayram (68)
- 5th place Spring Stroke Play (68-73)
