Timberlin Golf Course

A long-term junior development system built to help young golfers learn the game, track progress, and grow into confident competitive players.

The Future Stars Academy is Timberlin Golf Course’s structured junior pathway designed to develop fundamentals, athletic motion, rules/etiquette, and early competitive habits—all inside a fun, positive environment led by PGA Coach Marc and staff.

Juniors advance through a simple 5-Level Progression System by shooting 36 or lower from increasing yardages on official Play Days held twice each month.

Age Divisions & Weekly Schedule

✅ All practices are held on Tuesdays (you choose the session you register for)

Ages 5-9 & 10–13

Tuesdays • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Tuesdays • 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Weekly practices focus on skill development, fun competitions, and preparing for Play Day challenges.

Program Structure

Weekly Tuesday Practices

• Skill stations (full swing, chipping, putting, bunker fundamentals)

• Decision-making + simple course management

• Rules & etiquette

• Fun skill competitions

• Preparation for Play Day scoring tests

Twice-Monthly Play Days

• Players attempt their current level yardage

• Shoot 36 or better to advance

• Scores tracked and communicated to families

• Encourages goal-setting, accountability, and healthy competition

• Designed to be equal parts fun and developmental

New for 2026: Play Days are open to ALL participants, regardless of whether they are enrolled monthly or for the full season. (must be enrolled to participate)

➡️ Play Day greens fee: Participants are responsible for a $10 greens fee on Play Days.  This will be paid the day of the Play Day in the Golf Shop.

5-Level Progression System

Each level is achieved by shooting 36 or lower from designated yardages on a 9-hole Play Day course.

• Level 1: 30 yards

• Level 2: 60 yards

• Level 3: 120 yards

• Level 4: 180 yards

• Level 5: 240 yards

Players must pass each level in order. Advancement occurs only on official Play Days.

💳 Monthly Enrollment

$150 per month Includes all Tuesday practices for that month.

🏆 Full Season Enrollment (April–September)

$375 for the full season Best value for families committed to long-term development.

• 8:1 student-to-coach ratio

➡️ Regardless of registration type, all juniors may attend any Play Day. Participants are responsible for a $10 greens fee on Play Days.
