This academy is specifically designed for the competitive adult who is looking to reach their full potential as a player at the local, state, and national level.
This program is big on peaking at the right time, tournament time. We will develop a plan to improve and utilize periodization training which will help players achieve their performance goals in a much more efficient pattern.
